Leap Motion enters the battle for gesture-based computer interaction against Microsoft Kinect, giving it a real boost actually. According to Leap Motion, their "Leap" Interaction System is 200 times more responsive and accurate than the better known Kinect, and can track movements down to 1/100th of a millimeter. Similar to Kinect, Leap can track up to 8-cubic-foot area for movements, recognizing the differences between fingers, thumbs and even pencils simultaneously.
Leap will be available from winter for 70$, till then let's just watch it in action.
